We understand that men's aesthetic needs differ from women's, so we've created a variety of treatments just for them.
Brotox is a term used for a Botox® or Dysport® treatment for men. At Peak Image Med Spa we understand that a men's facial anatomy is different than a women's. Therefore, we are experience in using techniques to deliver natural and masculine results.
Botox® and Dysport® are medications that works by relaxing the muscle that it’s injected into from contracting, so it appears smooth. Botox is effective at reducing the appearance of wrinkles and preventing new wrinkles from forming.
Botox® and Dysport® are neurotoxins that is injected into the muscle for temporary relaxation of fine lines and wrinkles caused by age, repeated facial expressions, and overexposure to the sun. Botox® and Dysport® takes a few minutes to perform, in fact, it’s known as the “lunchtime procedure.”
What areas can you use neurotoxins in?
Botox® and Dysport® for men, are most commonly used in the forhead, crow's feet (laugh lines), and the glabellar (brow furrows.) Other area's you can treat are:
Eye brow lift
To correct a “gummy” looking smile
On “bunny line” wrinkles either side of the nose
In the chin to correct “chin-ullite” bumpy chin
To lift the corners of the mouth
In the masseter muscles to slim the face, and help with teeth grinding
In the platysmal bands and neck lines
In the palm of the hands or armpits for hyperhidrosis (sweating)
The procedure is safe, not painful and is quick to perform. We use techniques that will give you natural looking results.
Who performs the procedure?
BOTOX® Injection procedures are considered medical techniques that should be carried out in a controlled medical environment and administered by a qualified and experienced medical professional. We only use experienced, qualified providers to perform our treatments, so you can be absolutely sure of a highly professional, discreet and safe service.
What does the treatment entail?
There is an initial detailed consultation with our provider. You will be asked to move the relevant areas of your face ( – that you wish to soften and rejuvenate), note any natural asymmetry, and take photographs for your own private record sheets. A bespoke treatment of Botox® or Dysport® will be administered, as every patient is different and not everyone wishes to have the same end result. Between 5-10 small injections are necessary, depending on which areas are to be treated, and each combined consultation and treatment lasts around 30 minutes.

Experience the VI Peel
What does the VI Peel Treat?
A chemical peel is a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin on the face, neck or hands. A chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes it to exfoliate and in a few days peel off.
The VI Peel is a medium depth chemical peel, consisting a unique blend of five acids. In a little over a week, clients will see a reduction in fine lines, improved texture of the skin, decreased acne scarring, eliminated hyperpigmentation, and a refreshed appearance.
How does the VI Peel work?
The VI Peel will gently remove the top layers of unhealthy, dead skin. This allows newer, healthier skin to show, leaving a brighter, firmer, younger looking appearance. The VI Peel will also encourage the body’s natural Collagen production, further smoothing and plumping the skin.
What is the downtime?
After the VI Peel is applied, you leave the office with the solution on your face and your face looks tinted. After 4 hours the chemical peel is washed off. Your skin will feel tight but looks the same until you start to peel on day 3. You then will peel for about 3-5 days. The level of peeling varies from person to person.
Vigorous exercise should be avoided for 24-48 hours.
Moisturizer can be used during this time to help mask the noticeable appearance of peeling. While the skin is healing, it may be extra sensitive, so patients should continuously wear sunscreen with an SPF 30 or higher during the peeling process. Once the skin is fully healed, in about 14 days, patients will notice a smoother, healthier complexion.
Who can get the VI Peel?
All skin types can be treated with this chemical peel.
How often should you do the chemical peel?
If you want to receive correction from the chemical peel, a series of 3-4 treatments 1 month a part might be recommended for you. If you just want to rejuvenate your skin, or need a refresh 2-3 times a year may be recommended for you. We offer a discount for a series of treatments.

How often should you have the procedure?
It is recommended that individuals undergo treatment two to four times per year for optimal results. If correction is needed, an initial series of 3-4 treatments, 1 month a part may be recommended.
What is the procedure like?
It takes about 30 minutes for a face treatment. Each additional area will take about 15 minutes. Numbing cream is not needed, and it feels like little flicks on your face. Before starting the procedure, we will protect your eyes from the bright light with googles, or eye shields. We will then apply a cooling gel to your face and start the procedure. The tip of the laser is a crystal and has cooling properties, which helps with any discomfort you may have. Several passes will be required to target different concerns.
What is the downtime?
There is almost no down time with this procedure. Sunscreen should be worn to protect you skin while it is healing. You might be slightly pink when leaving the office. The brown spots treated will appear darker for 3 to 7 days until they lighten up.
Who performs the procedure?
We only use experienced, qualified providers to perform our treatments, so you can be absolutely sure of a highly professional, discreet and safe service. Our registered nurse performs the treatment. Her certifications, experience, and knowledge will ensure you receive a safe and effective treatment.
