OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel, please contact us 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in charges of $50. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time, and maintains a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
No-show patients who do not turn up for their treatment appointed time are also charged the $50 fee. A major credit card will be needed to secure appointments. Gift cards are valid as a form of payment for no-show fees. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

A $50 deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards your treatment unless you cancel with less than 48 hour notice or you fail to show up for your appointment.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical spa, we require new patients to fill out a brief medical history information and consent form.
If you are scheduled for dermal fillers, laser treatments or special peels we recommend you arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that we can properly prepare you skin for the treatment.
IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD DO PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
If it is your first time at our practice please fill out the intake forms online or arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early to fill out the forms in the office.
We also suggest that all patients receiving any of our facial treatments and consultation to arrive without make up if possible. Read pre and post procedure guidelines.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
CAN I RECOMMEND A FRIEND?
Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you can give us at Peak Image Med Spa. We will enter your name into our monthly raffle for every referral who purchases a treatment.
WHAT ARE THE PRICES?
Because no two clients are the same treatments are very individualized. While we may be able to provide you a ballpark of the cost, a consultation is required to give an exact quote.
We are able to offer our clients competitive pricing. Because we have such a great relationship with our suppliers we are able to pass that savings on to you.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT TO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, venmo, apple pay, and we partner with CareCredit.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
The treatments we provide are for cosmetic purposes. Therefore, your insurance company will not cover the cost of any of the treatments.
