Patrice Rusu, RN, FNP-S, CLT, CLO
Aesthetic Nurse + Owner
Patrice is a registered nurse and proud graduate of Regis College, where she is also currently pursuing her graduate degree as a Nurse Practitioner. With a deep-rooted passion for aesthetics, Patrice has been in the aesthetic industry since 2015, performing aesthetic treatments for over a decade and injecting since 2017. Her career began under the guidance of a board-certified plastic surgeon at a private practice, where she spent five years mastering a wide range of aesthetic procedures. In addition to performing lasers, injectables, skin care treatments, and body contouring, she also cared for clients pre- and post-operatively, gaining a comprehensive understanding of patient care and aesthetic outcomes.
In 2019, Patrice founded Peak Image, a practice built on her vision of offering non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures in a safe, results-driven, and welcoming environment. At Peak Image, Patrice is known for combining her deep knowledge of facial anatomy with advanced injection techniques and a gentle, artistic hand to deliver natural-looking, beautiful results. Her specialty includes dermal fillers, with advanced treatments such as liquid rhinoplasties and under-eye filler. Patrice has been recognized nationally for her work. She was voted “Most Loved Injector” by RealSelf.com in 2017 and was named a Recommended Provider by the Best Aesthetic Injectors in America in 2020. She is also a certified CoolSculpting provider, having performed over 2,000 treatments, and holds dozens of advanced certifications in aesthetic medicine. Patrice regularly attends seminars and advanced training to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving field of medical aesthetics.
In April 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Patrice paused operations at Peak Image and answered New York City’s urgent call for healthcare workers—providing care on the front lines during the nation’s most critical period of need.
Her expertise and dedication have earned media attention, with features on Yahoo! Finance, Fox News Channel (interviewed by Harris Faulkner), The Patriot Ledger, Wicked Local, and WBZ (interviewed by Dan Rea).
Born in Romania and raised in Quincy, MA, Patrice is a proud New Englander. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, playing golf, traveling, discovering new restaurants, and volunteering at her local animal shelter. An animal lover at heart, Patrice brings warmth, compassion, and an infectious smile to everything she does.
Gabby Ayers, RN
Aesthetic Nurse
Gabby joined the Peak Image team in November 2024, bringing with her seven years of nursing experience, including over four years specializing as an aesthetic nurse injector. With a strong clinical background and a passion for aesthetics, Gabby seamlessly blends medical knowledge with the art of cosmetic enhancement.
In addition to her work as a nurse injector, Gabby also serves as an operating room nurse, further enriching her clinical perspective and precision. Her favorite procedure is lip filler, which she finds especially rewarding due to the immediate, confidence-boosting results it brings to her clients.
Gabby is deeply committed to enhancing natural beauty through personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique features and goals. Her meticulous attention to detail, refined aesthetic eye, and ability to deliver natural, youthful results have made her a trusted provider in the field of aesthetic medicine.
Outside of her professional life, Gabby enjoys skiing, beach days, fitness, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Ashley Rudd
LPN-S, Customer Success Manager, Body Contouring Specialist
Ashley became a valued member of the Peak Image team in May 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in the medical industry. With a strong background as a regional sales manager, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional organizational and communication skills, helping to elevate daily operations and client satisfaction across the board.
Ashley’s expertise in customer service and relationship management ensures that every client receives a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience from their very first interaction with our practice. Her friendly smile, professionalism, and dedication are key to the positive atmosphere we pride ourselves on at Peak Image. Driven by a passion for aesthetics and continuous growth, Ashley graduated from Quincy College in 2025 with a degree in Health Sciences and Nursing. She is also IV certified (August 2025) and holds a Phlebotomy Certification (since 2012), which she utilizes in advanced treatments such as PRP.
With over three years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, Ashley offers a wide range of services including Sciton laser therapies (BBL Photofacial, Moxi, and ForeverBare for laser hair removal), skin tightening treatments (Sofwave and SkinTyte), and body contouring procedures such as CoolSculpting Elite, EMSCULPT NEO, and Cellutone.
Originally from Braintree, Massachusetts, Ashley spent ten years in Georgia before returning home in 2020. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her two children, traveling to new destinations, and expressing her creativity through cooking. As she continues to pursue her goal of becoming an aesthetic nurse, Ashley remains deeply committed to providing compassionate, results-oriented care that helps clients look and feel their best.
Juairy Gonzalez
Licensed Medical Esthetician & Advanced Skincare Specialist
Juairy joined the Peak Image team in April 2025, bringing with her a deep passion for skincare and a commitment to delivering results-driven, personalized treatments. A licensed esthetician since 2022, she graduated from the esteemed Jupiter Beauty Academy and has since accumulated over three years of hands-on experience in advanced clinical skincare.
She specializes in a wide range of facial treatments, including DiamondGlow, Hydrafacial, VI Peel, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and LED light therapy. Her expertise also extends to advanced technologies such as Sciton ForeverBare for laser hair removal, Sofwave and SkinTyte for skin tightening, and leading body contouring solutions like CoolSculpting Elite, EMSCULPT NEO, and Cellutone. As a former SkinMedica brand representative (2024), Juairy is known for her deep understanding of skincare products and techniques, which she uses to create highly customized treatment plans.
